RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our self defense items* (Hidden Camera's policy see below). If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an item(s) within 30 days of the date of your invoice for a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, we will do so NO QUESTIONS ASKED, for the cost of the items (shipping is not refunded). If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply that as well.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturers defect, we will of course replace the item or refund your money, including shipping costs to and from, right away.

To make an easy and quick process, all we ask from you when making a return is to contact us for our return instructions, which are pretty easy. Make sure to keep any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with the item. If you are unable to return the item as such, we will be able to give you an in store credit only. All returns need to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. To do so, please send an email to customerservice@owndefense.com requesting an RMA Number, and let us know your invoice or order number, the item(s) you are returning, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning an item(s), including the address to send the item(s) to, in a response email.

*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for DVD'S:
We are unable to issue refunds for returned DVD's. If you are not happy with your DVD, you may still return it, but you will receive in store credit only.

WARRANTY POLICY:
Items that have a warranty will state so on our website, or on the package of the item. Any item that does not state a warranty on our website or on the packaging is warranted for 30 days. Warranty replacements will be fulfilled for MANUFACTURER DEFECT only. Wear and tear, customer misuse, etc. does not qualify for a warranty replacement. Items being returned under warranty will be thoroughly inspected for the specified manufacturer defect, and replaced accordingly. If the item returned does not qualify for a warranty replacement, we will notify you of such, and provide options for returning item back to you or for us to dispose of the item here. Refunds will not be given under warranty unless it is submitted to us within 30 days of purchase. If an item has a manufacturer's warranty longer than 30 days, refunds will not be issued. We can only repair or replace the item. If you are needing to return an item to us under warranty, please follow the return policy guidelines above.

Return Policy for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment and Our Other Hi-Tech Products.

We at Own Defense strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Own Defense product page. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by Own Defense before any products are returned.

RETURN POLICY: All our hidden cameras, surveillance equipment, and other hi-tech products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer*. All returns must be authorized by Own Defense before product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. Own Defense will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at Own Defense's discretion.

*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by Own Defense. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from Own Defense.

Any return must be authorized by a representative of Own Defense and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Own Defense. No returns will be authorized after five (5) BUSINESSs days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM Own Defense WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).

WARRANTY: We guarantee all Own Defense products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer.  We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
