Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after receipt of order by the method you choose during checkout. Orders received on weekends or holidays, will ship respectively within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday. Once your order ships, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you which will provide tracking information and links to track your package.

FREE SHIPPING - If your order qualifies for free shipping ($75.00 or more), we will choose how it is shipped. It will ship by the most economical method via UPS or US Mail.

For money order or check orders, please be sure to add the appropriate shipping costs. For offline orders (mail) please print an order form to mail in.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently do not ship outside the 50 United States.

•  We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Please provide a regular PO Box or physical address for shipping.
•  Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped outside of US
•  Pepper Sprays CANNOT be shipped to New York, Massachusetts, Michigan* or Wisconsin. Also our Canine and Bear Pepper Spray is legal in these four States if you want to legally purchase pepper spray over the internet.
•  Pepper Sprays CANNOT ship via 2nd or Next Day Air due to air restrictions.
•  Stun Devices CANNOT be shipped to Hawaii, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Wisconsin, Connecticut, Baltimore County, MD or the city of Philadelphia, PA.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days by the method of shipping chosen when checking out.
